Application for Ethics Approval [Form E2]
This form must be completed by all undergraduates taking module U24199. Both E1 and E2 forms (and any additional documents) should be submitted to the School Research Ethics Officer via the Psychology Administrator once they have been approved by the supervisor. [updated September 2016]
